breakfast: luna bar 4/4 coffee with 1/2&1/2 delish! 2/6 snack: yoghurt 2/8 lunch: turkey chili 3/11 asparagus carrots snack2: pudding? 2/13 dinner: why, asparagus! I have only another 15 lbs sitting around. something more interesting, sauteed shrimp or something snack3: apple 1/ 1/2 package peanut m&m 2.5/ exercise: gym 30 min this am dog walk with lots of time to stop and smell the lilacs 30 minutes dog walk 2 -faster weeding water: si,si -32 oz so far :) vitamin c and calcium: say no to colds or osteoporosis have a great day all! lala |
