Hello! I have recently discovered that I am pg with #2, and in an attempt to gain a more reasonable amount than with #1 (50lbs!) I am planning to monitor my eatinng and exercise habits closely. I had initially considered doing Core, but I prefer Flex. So, I have been following the Flex Pts for nursing mothers. {I am also still bf my 2 yr old, much to my surprise and astonishment!}
I take a prenatal vitamin, ensure I get my dairy and oils, and fruits and veggies...
Has anyone else been through this or does anyone just have any advice for me?

Its good to hear others doing what I thought was a reasonable plan. The 8-10 extra pts are the same as the nursing pts, although I guess maybe I should also add a couple more for actually nursing too!
