
Hey guys! I know that everyone will be needing some extra motivation around the holidays, so I thought I would share my number one motivator with you. When I was trying to decide if I wanted to join Weight Watchers, I sat down and wrote out a list.
"My Personal Reasons To Reach A Goal Weight Of 135 Pounds"....I have about 65-70 reasons on my list, you may only have 5 or 6. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if they are all health and fitness reasons, or silly reasons. If they're important to you, put it on your list. Then, if you wind up feeling discouraged, or if you have an Oreo in your hand and can't remember why you shouldn't eat it, bring out your list, read it, and put the Oreo AWAY. Here's some examples from my list:So that I can acheive a healthy BMI.
So that I can buy 1 pair of ridiculously overpriced designer jeans.
So that I will no longer qualify as obese.
So that everyone will talk about how great I look.

So I can be stronger.

So I can buy a little black dress that's actually little.
So I can stop being a dam in the bathtub...
See? It doesn't have to be anything that would be a big deal to anyone else, only stuff that is important to you. I know that my list helps me, hopefully yours will help you also! Good Luck!
