Some things to have when you have the insane munchies:
* Hot, low-cal soups
* Hot herbal tea
* Raw veggies dipped in hummus
* An apple sliced up, served with 1 Tb. peanut butter
* Air-popped popcorn, or low-fat microwave popcorn - no butter!

Try "Butter Buds" or 1 Tb. Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
* A hard-boiled egg
Hot low-Point foods especially work well because they fool your stomach into thinking it got more
