WW Question regarding Points Banking and Calendar Banking

  • I am recommitting to WW starting tomorrow (9-1). I have a calculator that I purchased the last time and am not sure how to set up. After you enter your weight in it asks if you want to use points banking and if I say yes, then it asks if I want rolling bank. Does anyone know what the difference is????
  • Rolling bank is from the last 7 days. Banking is the W/W week. Rolling got hard to track.

    With FlexPlan it did away with the banking and tracking like that because they just gave you the 35 (Banked) FlexPoints at the start of the week.
