    1 oz turkey on 2 slices LF bread (2/6)
    Celery/carrots (0/6)

    D:
    1/2 cup skim milk (1/7)
    Steamed carrots (0/7)
    Baked french fries (5/12)
    Small piece of steak (4/16)

    Snack:
    Skinny cow (2/18)
    M&M's (6/24)

    Water:
    72 oz plus

    Exercise:
    Treadmill for 35 minutes at 4 MPH at a 6-7% incline

    ground seasoned turkey breast meat 3/6
    cabbage slaw a la lala 1/7
    water


    snack:
    nf yoghurt mixed with jello pudding cup
    really, it was rather good raspberry and chocolate 4/11

    dinner:
    chicken a la king w/o puff pastry shells 7/18
    artichokes
    salad?


    snack:
    luna bar 4/22

    exercise:
    si, si 25 min efx, 1 km row (hard)
    dog putter 30 min
    dog putter 30 min again (maybe more briskly?)

    journaled: hopefully

    eating by the numbers: perhaps this is asking too much

    Breakfast : maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal [3/3]

    Lunch: 3 oz chicken [3/6], sauteed veggies [1/7], 1 1/2 red potatoes (you know the small ones) [??/??] <-- can anyone help me with the point value for this?

    Snack: coffee with cocoa [1/??]

    Dinner: 1/2 burrito with black beans and mushrooms [??/??], 4 light beers [8/??]

    Excercise: miracles upon miracles.. yes! 10 minutes cardio... weight lifting... legs, back, arms, and abs!
