Cody,
If you find it difficult to keep on a strict running plan, try something different. I HATE to run, but surprise myself once in a while and do a two mile run.

I love hearing all these exercising ideas!!! I'm actually thinking about quitting my gym and only doing LWE (Ladies Workout Express - similar to Curves but BETTER)! I just don't have the desire to go to the gym any more but am finding I'm really enjoying LWE again! I dunno, do love the workout I get on the elliptical....decisions decisions!

As for parachuting..I'd like to think I'd have the guts to do it...but don't know for sure...I do know it's something I've thought about for a LONG time....

oh forgot to say that I also have a pedometer and LOVE seeing how many steps I can do in a day...sometimes it spurs me on to walk more if I see it's low!!

Thanks, I like running, it is finding the time I guess. But that is just an excuse too. :^: I am going to exercise after lunch before I go pick up DD from school to take her to gymnastics. That way I can take a shower and get ready afterwards.
