Hello everyone my name is Carmen and I have been in other groups just not ww. I am writing because I will be starting ww and I need all the help and advice I can get. I have the books and I will not be going to the meetings so I will need a lot of support. I have tried ww before but It was a lot harder than I thought and I gave up easly. If anyone has any recipes feel free to pass them over .... I'm not a big cooker so I'll probably be eating things like sandwiches for lunch until I get ideas. I know that this is going to be a big challenge but I really need to do this for myself and besides I want to wear something nice for the holidays!!!

There are some terrific recipes on the WW recipe threads and if you go to the 3fc main page and look under low fat recipes you will find that each recipe has the nutritional info and points for WW listed.

If you have any questions about WW or points etc. just post them and we will try to help you as much as we can.
