Hi everyone!

I'm late for work as I dropped off my housecleaning diety at our friends house. She is feeling poorly, so we gifted them his services. :) Weighed in this am and I maintained again. I had a run in last night with two skinny cows (at dinner time/dessert), two laughing cow cheeses and 14 of those little tj rice crackers (around 10 pm)(see at least I know what I ate). I had a small 4 pt dinner and made up with a good 12 pt. snack putting me around -5 for the day. Hey, at least i didn't gain.

DP's plane was delayed two hours and the time I was eating all those good things I would have been in bed. Oh well. NGAMO.

Melissa - I'm sorry its icky out. I'm glad you got out and walked. I'll be out tomorrow and am scooting out a few hours early today to head to the library. My books on Normandy are in! Have a great weekend with DH and his birthday!

Pam -- Oy, ice cream. What can I say. We should move to Italy where we are surrounded by the good stuff that we can't eat anything we get here. Oh well...

Domina -- you are the same height as DP. I would heartily stay away from Starbucks and put every dollar you would spend on caffeine and milk into bonds and mutual funds and retire three years early. Saying this while sipping my caffe vita (independent roaster in seattle drip coffee)....

I just talked to my parents, they are happy to be home and in their new house. The outside needs work and my dad is itching to get all the furniture from their 4500 sq. foot house out of storage, my mom is wondering where he is planning to put it! Looks like they'll be having quite a furniture sale in the next few weeks.

I'm in Boston tomorrow and Saturday. I'll be back at home for Sunday's salmon, green peas and cherry pie (made by me) and some fireworks.

lala, congrats on maintaining. As you said, at least you know what you ate. Very funny about Starbucks; that's all I've heard--their coffee is expensive.

Enjoying the first day of my 3 day weekend. Weather is terrific. Not much planned just stuff that needs to be done around the house.

Domina I would love to be as tall as you. My dad is 6'2" and Mom is 5', unfortunately I got Mom's height.

Lala enjoy Beantown this weekend. Is DP going with you? I'm making a promise to stay away from the ice cream this weekend.

It's a hot one here today. I just hope fireworks don't get rained out. Network problems at work today, so I'm pretty useless. Boy, are we dependent on our computers!!
