How do I keep the motivation up and the hunger down??
I am 24 and I am 5 foot 5 and weigh 200. I need to lose about 50 pounds at least. I work 45 hours a week and I am married and have a 3 year old. How do I stay motivated and full???

Only you knows what keeps you motivated. We can give you support but that is all. Drink lots of water, eats tons of veggies - the fiber keeps you full - eat complex carbs, have a little protein with every meal or snack.
