Having a blah Thursday, hopefully tomorrow will be better:

snack:
3/4 ginger molasses bbc 4/4

dinner:
artichoke
leftover shells (see a trend here?) 6/10
tea
water

snack2:
3 reeses mini cups 3/13

breakfast:
luna bar 4/17

lunch:
hc lunch or something more healthy 6/23
steamed veggies

snack3:
oreo (yech) 1/24
donut hole 1/25

exercise:
si, si 45 min cardio at gym

water: si, si

more exercise: looking for new shoes at Nordstrom?


goal for today: just say no to donut day and coffee hour
sort of achieved, had the munchies at 3:00 pm.

sigh.

Hi lala - weather is beautiful & sunny today - went for a long walk pushing DD in her stroller.
