;) Hello gang my name is Alisa and I found your wonderful site while searching around for information on WW points. Looks like you have a really great variety of information here so I decided to stay and make this my home for checking in and for support

I started WW on June 2nd here at my office. We have a large enough interest that they assigned us our own WW person that comes out weekly to weigh us and keep us informed and motivated. I started at 201 pounds on June 2nd, weighed in on June 9th with a 6 pound lose and am really excited to be weighed today and see what this past week has brought me too...

I am going to have to take some time at home to look around the site more and find more fun things here..

I weighed in on Wednesday and was down another 4.6 pounds for the week!! :D Now need to step up the exercise because I know my 2 previous week loses were due to some heavy work we were doing in the yard mostly...
