I think often enough we overlook and forget to send out BIG THANKS to those gals that put this site together for our use FREE I might add so that we can access support and encouragement along the way on our journey with losing weight! This site is one of the BEST sites and others include the official WW site and dottisweightlosszone. Three of THE BEST sites in my opinion. They offer truly wonderful support and are always here to help people and not judge and expect people to be PERFECT like some sites do, (BCB), LOL Anyhow, just wanted to extend my thanks to you gals that created this site! Keep doing what you do! We seeking out better health for ourselves and trying to lose weight really benefit from the information you provide!

This is the second day I have been on this site and I have to jump on the bandwagon and say THANX - found the link thru the UK WW website and have never laughed or found so much encouragement in one place.
