Morning all!
Had a little run in with some pizza & a couple of wine cooler thingys last night - went out with two of my sisters-in-law.....oh, well, I had fun! B: Coffee (0/0) Oatmeal (2/2) L: Boca burger on 2 slices LF bread w/lettuce & ketchup (2/4) GG brussel sprouts (1/5) D: Stir-fry w/rice (6/11) 1 cup skim milk (2/13) Snack: yes Water: 16 oz so far Exercise: Definitely, since I missed yesterday...Treadmill for 30-40 minutes |

I too had a run in with more ice cream, I'm putting the carton in the sink to thaw when i get home. One pint is almost 22 pts or my daily allotment. snack: go lean bar 5/5 water dinner: artichoke 0 risotto 3/5 snack2: ice cream 5/10 milk 1/11 breakfast: luna bar 4/15 coffee snack: 1/2 orange .5/15.5 carrots lunch: 1/2 subway 5/20.5 chips? 2/22.5 water exercise: none today, running around the plant sale! water: yes, yes |
No exercise for me today either lalala - I am going to spend my lunch hour perusing the offerings for tomorrow's antique auction.
