Lifetime questions

  • I made Lifetime a few weeks ago-after losing 61#, but I am getting no directions from my leader and haven't been very "good" lately. Actually, I've gained 5#. I know that I have to weigh in once each month, but what happens if I am over my goal weight? Do I just pay or am I kicked off until I lose it? Shouldn't I have a booklet about this? What does Lifetime actually mean...any help is greatly appreciated!
  • Ideal, if you're over your goal weight by 2# at the first weigh in of the month you would pay for that meeting and would continue to pay each week that you weigh in over your goal weight (2#). If the first WI of the month is good and say the following week you're over, you are still free since you have already weighed in for the month. You might want to attend another meeting and talk to a different leader--your leader should be giving you some tips. Go back to basics--journal, water, check your portions, etc. Sometimes once we hit Lifetime we "ease up" and don't realize that the portions have grown, etc.

Once Lifetime, always Lifetime. You don't lost the status
  • Ideal, Once a lifetime member, always a lifetime member. As a lifetime member you are only required to weigh in once a month, but if you attend weekly meetings, you must weigh in weekly. I hope this helps. Good luck
