Quick question- Do you all trust the WW book on the subway points>? I noticed that the turkey and ham sub was very close in points to the subway melt, and it has cheese and bacon with the turkey and ham! What's up???

I don't trust anybody. I always calculate the points myself. The cheese would certainly bring it up a notch.

I've found about 100 mistakes in the "NEW" Dining Out and Food Companions. I don't trust anyone. Always check the nutrtional labeling and websites when avail.
