I (finally) made Lifetime!
After 12 weeks of maintenance I made Lifetime last night!!! :cb: It took me a long time due to a detour during the holidays. :^: I've lost 61# since last January and I want to be successful in keeping it off. Any suggestions, hints, and/or recipes would be greatly appreciated. Right now I am on :cloud9:

Best advice I can give is to keep attending meetings, journal, and keep doing what you did to get to this point. Feel free to join us on the "Thin4Life" thread--we talk about the challenges of maintenance along with other topics like new foods, etc. |
Idealperson: :bravo: That's an incredible accomplishment and you should be on that cloud. As for advice, the only thing I can add to Melissa's comments is to get regular exercise. I can't count the times that my workouts have saved me from a gain.
Please join our ongoing chats. Right now, some of us are a few pounds above goal and are in the midst of a mini-challenge. Others are in full maintenance mode, but we all manage to support each other, no matter what our weight objectives. |
Thank you for the encouragement! I will check out the thin4life thread! Right now I'm in no shape to excercise, but i used to go to Curves 3-5 times a week and/or do the WATP videos. I love them both and can't wait to get back at it!
