I think I am FINALLY getting back in to the swing of the program- and I am also relaxing a bit about exercise, I think I am going to cut back to 5 days a week for awhile.
Supper: stirfry (4/22) 2 ww toast (5/22) salad & ff it dr (~) Sn: All Bran & water (~) {fiance drank all my milk and never told me!} Br: Oatmeal & Apple (10/22) L: chef salad & ff it dr (16/22) dry brown toast (18/22) Sn: blueberries & yogurt(20/22) 1/3 snickers bar(22/22) Exercise: None, but working an 8 hour waitressing shift, so not too worried!:) |
