ugh,
my colleague has a cold and my office mate may have strep. I want to work remotely! Breakfast: piece of cinnamon bread 4 peanut butter 2 latte 2/8 lunch: turkey glop 3/11 green beans sour cream 1/12 chicken soup 1/13 snack: latte 2 meringue 1/16 dinner out: yikes, hopefully it will be: steamed salmon 2/18 asparagus salad 1/19 and some sort of starch (roasted potatoes) 4/23 bread 2/25 champers 1/26 dessert? 10/36 exercise: 30 min raking session and 30 min elliptical -3 pts? water: not enough vitamin : si,si flex points abused: oh at least 12 :( |
Breakfast
1 c. skim milk (2pts) 1 sandwich w/light cream cheese and apricot preserves (6) Lunch diet coke (O) 6 inch roast beef sub w/ swiss (Subway - 8pts) 3 apple newtons - 3 Supper- big bowl low fat clam chowder - 5 key lime tofu dessert -2 2 apple newtons -2 Magic Cocoa - 1 TOTAL 29 pts (but no flex points counted cos I exercised my butt off this morning, LOL) Oh and the Pete's Tofu key lime dessert? :P Bleh. |
