Honestly, things are going from bad to worse... food wise.
breakfast -- I kid you not. 8 hershey's kisses 5 2 small reeses cups 1.5/6.5 coffee with milk 1/7.5 lunch: green beans/turkey glop/winter squash 5/12.5 second lunch: hot and sour soup 1/13.5 salad with walnuts (2), blue cheese (3) and chicken (2) /20.5 dinner: guacamole flavored doritos 6/26.5 exercise: 40 minutes biking, 10 mins abs and dips water; not enough vitamin: si,si flex points abused: 3 |
Breakfast
1/2 c. oj - 1pt 1 cup Magic Cocoa -1 pt. 1/2 ham pita with light cream cheese - 4 pts 1c.coffee, 2 creamers - 2pts 1 can sardines - 4pts 1/2 pita with 1 tbsp light cream cheese - 3 pts 2 apple newtons - 2pts 2 cabbage rolls - 6pts 1/2 c. corn - 1pt green salad 1 c. Magic Cocoa - 1pt. popcorn - 2pts TOTAL: 27 pts |

Magic cocoa = unsweetened cocoa, non-fat milk powder, splenda. I mix up a jar and use it instead of hot chocolate. :)

better day today, but still same lack of focus at work and lots to do... breakfast: cinnamon bread with peanut butter 4/4 coffee 1/5 lunch: bread 3/8 halibut/salad/egg whites/potatoes/greens 7/15 wine 3/18 three bites of dearest taller halfs birthday cupcakes :) 4/22 leaving me um about 2 pts for dinner again :( so, turkey glop 4/26 veggies sour cream 1/27 activity: 4 pts earned water: not enough vitamin: si,si flex points abused: 3 if not more |
