breakfast: coffee piece of cinnamon bread 1 (a bite or two) 1/1 lunch: pork loin 2/3 risotto 4/7 squash .5/7.5 celariac mash 1/8.5 snack: salad with cheese and pecans :devil: 5/13.5 latte 2/15.5 snack 2: cinnamon bread 2/15.5 peanut butter 2/17.5 dinner: not much left eh? mushroom turkey stroganoff w/1/2 cup of low carb pasta 7/24.5 green beans tea/water snack after stressful trip to pick up friend: egg nog latte cut with non fat milk again ,double short 3/27.5 part of a reeses peanut butter cup 1/28.5 piece of cinnamon bread (evil stuff) 2/30.5 vitamin: si,si water: oh no, bad lala exercise; 40 min elliptical/cross trainer/dog putter flex points abused: 6.5 :( |

I feel your pain. I pulled something in my hip area from the coughing I was doing from my bout of viral bronchitis. Note to self: the health insurance that you pay bi weekly is not for car accidents and brain tumors. lala |
