Well, 2 successful days under my belt- lets see if I can make it three! That extra weight is still hanging on, my goal is to lose it by Easter!
Supper: 12" club sub (no mayo, no chz) {10/27} beans & brussel sprouts {~} Sn: popcorn{12/27} All Bran & milk{13/27} ff/sf jello{~} Br: oatmeal w/ apple {16/27} All Bran & Milk {17/17} L: chicken {21/27} 1 c pasta {24/27} salad & ff dressing{~} Sn: blueberries & yogurt{26/27} Exercise: 55 weights/walk/cardio Fri am Done!:) 40 min high int. cardio Fri am Done! :) 20 min walk Fri afternoon Goal for day: Not to eat constantly, since I will actually be at home most of the morning and afternoon!! |
