Hello...a newbie
Hi ya.
I came across this site and I think its just wonderful. So many things to read and I love all the neat recipes. I have been doing WW for 3 weeks now. I am at home doing it, no meetings. Have only the food companion and the points finder. I have lost 5 pounds thus far. I started out at 158 and am happy with my results. I look forward with the support and of sharing recipes. |
Welcome aboard MaryAnn :wave: . Congrats on your loss! Sounds like you're doing everything according to plan. I'm pretty new to WW, and am on my 4th week. I weigh-tomorrow at the center as a matter of fact and that's been keeping me away from the halloween candies. (Well OK, I did have one snack-size York peppermint patty, but I stopped there *whew!*)
Have fun here at 3FC and look around at all the different forums and jump in on any thread that suits you. Most everyone is very welcoming and supportive. I'm currently on the WW Christmas Challenge (I'm skipping over Thanksgiving and just heading for a longer term challenge) where I'm working to lose about 15 more lbs by Xmas. Don't know if I can do it, but I won't know til I try. Hope to get to know you better. |

You're doing great! You're off to a wonderful start. As far as exercise (I noticed your other thread) I think the ten minutes and ten minutes count as one point. It's great that you're working this into your lifestyle program already. Weigh to go and continued success! Judy 234/217/thinner |
