Meetings, At-home, or Online?
 

Hi everyone!

I'm curious as to how everyone is doing the program. Are you going in person to meetings? Doing the at-home program? Or, enrolled in the online program?

About 3 years ago, I did the regular WW meetings. But I fell off the wagon after moving to a new part of town and getting out of my routine. About 2 years ago I tried rejoining but I just hated sitting through the meetings - I was disappointed in the leaders and it felt like I had heard all of this before. Now I need to come back, but I don't know which route to go.

I do WW at Home simply because I cannot afford meetings. I like being able to talk with other people who are in the same boat I am. I get that support online in these forums and at Dotti's.

I'm very lucky where I am to have a great leader. I think I get so much information from the meetings. I get support, recipes, and ideas for low points. If I were on my own, I don't think I would have made my goal.
