How many Points are in....?

Need your help. I eat plain yogurt, sometimes regular and sometimes low fat. I don't know what the points are for this.
Can anyone help? It is not printed on the container.

Also, how does one determine what a serving is? For example, is one ounce of whole wheat bread a serving and is that one point?

I have no literature from WW. Can't afford it. Been out of work for 18 months. Is there a place where I can find this without having to pay for it?

FF yoghurt (plain) is 2 pts.

Low fat -- could be 2 or 3.

As for the rest of the info, check out dwlz.com, she is full of fabulous ww lists.

Thanks, lalala.

Are those points for 1/2 cup or 1 cup?

So the regular plain yogurt would be 3 points?

one cup is 2 pts of ff plain yoghurt.
