it's a stupid chore to log everything but holy crap does it make you conscious of what you're eating. Already down 14kg since August and I haven't even done a 'diet'. Kodi nox I still eat whatever I want just...less of it because I know its calorie impact now. Well, and drinking very little soda helps too.

HI! I know it's been a while but, did you ever get the starter kit? I have several old program booklets due to the fact I never toss anything out "Just in case". I have 123 success booklets, turnaround booklets and momentum booklets all with sliders.
