A couple of questions

Why do people have different point totals?

Can someone tell me how your points are determined.?

How many points are the usual?

Thanks,

Robin

if I understand your question,
people have different totals for a few reasons:
1) based on weight, the more you weigh the more target points you get
2) the more activity you get the more points you can use if you want to.
3) not everyone will use all of the flexpoints given at the beginning of the week.
So there is no usual amount

Thank you,

Yes that was what i was asking.

Everyone keeps saying how great it is and you can eat what you want.
Yet one lady said she had 34 points a week and another said 22 so I wondered why such a big difference.

Afraid to waste my money joining and finding out they expect that I stay at a low point range which is darn near impossible for me

well 22 is probobly the one woman's target and the 35 is the flexpoints.

WW designed the points according to a persons current weight. It was designed to keep you satisfied. Naturally someone weighing 350 or more needs more points to begin with.Their points would be 34 daily PLUS 35 flexpoints like everyone gets.

As your weight decreases so do your points. When you reach goal and begin maintenance.points are gradually ADDED back to see how many you can have and remain the same weight.

Hope this helps!
