okay, i'm trying here....
breakfast -- milk 2 cereal - hi protein/high fiber 3/5 lunch: chicken greek salad w/veggies and vinegar 6/11 baked lays 2 diet coke water snack: evil chocolate covered raisins from foucher 4/15 dinner: omelette with some cheddar cheese 6 chicken sausages 3/24 snack: chocolate covered banana 3 baked chips 2 activity: 30 min elliptical, 30 mins weights and abs +4 water: not enough vitamin: si,si flex points abused: 5 |
