oy, a day again
to start: 20 breakfast: bread 4 coffee w/cream 1/5 snack: sees lollipop 2.5/7.5 lunch: salad (get those veggies in early today!) w/some sort of protein (chefs and took most of the gack off ) 6/13.5 water diet coke water snack: apple 1 piece of dark chocolate 3/17.5 dinner: a part of a roll 1/18.5 salad w/parmesan 2/20.5 grilled prawns and some scallops 3/23.5 two dips of a caesar salad 1/24.5 bite of dearest one's garlic mashed 1/25.5 snack: 1/3 frozen banana 1/26.5 hi protein/fiber cereal 2/28.5 soy milk 1/29.5 activity: 50 min elliptical, tsping the basement bedroom +4 water: si,si vitamin: si,si flex points abused == 5 so, i managed to go out to dinner and not kill myself. I like it. However, everything is soo salty. :( |
