Good morning ,
My name is Martha. I love weight watchers, and I am a life time member.
However, I am 70lbs over my goal weight. : (
I'm 61 years old, and want to do weight watchers at home, and I am on a very limited budget......I'm recovering from a divorce, and am an emotional eater. What program do u suggest I do ?
Thank u for your help , I really appreciate it
Peace,

You can simple exercises or yoga at home.
Hi, there are a few options. As a lifetime member above goal I think you can pay for etools and I think it is about $14.99 a month although you would have to check. That gives you online access to Weight Watchers but not meetings.
I went back to WW as a lifetime member about 65 pounds above goal a few years ago and elected to do a monthly pass since I was going to weekly meetings. Personally I get a lot from the meetings. It adds cost but for me it helps me keep my head where it should be -- focused on weight loss and gives me a time every week where I am with other people focused on the same thing.
If you want to occasionally go to a meeting, but not every week another option might to simply pay for the meetings you attend. As a lifetime member above goal, you have to pay for meetings but don't have to pay for missed meetings fees.
