Smart Points vs Points Plus
I started smart points 3 weeks ago and have not lost any weight! I was so successful on points plus and I'm thinking about starting that back tomorrow. Anyone else more successful on PP? Why do you think that is?

Are you doing it online or going to meetings? If you are going to meetings maybe talk to your leader and discuss what you have been eating. Also make sure you have the right daily point allowance? Good luck, I hope you find something that works for you!

Could you give some sample days of menus and how you counted your points? That would help to try to figure it out.
