Would WW work for me?!

I'm 18 and pretty small for my age so I've been carrying around some extra pounds that i want to get rid of and am thinking of doing so by joining WW. Before I do I want to ask all of you if you think it would work for me, even if it meant eating a lot more than i do now (I used to have an eating disorder which is why I'm not thin, even if I don't eat a lot at the moment)

Hi Linabebii, I am not sure if you are still considering Weight Watchers. I am not sure if you would be able to do it because of your history of an eating disorder. Would you mind chatting at all? If so please message me. :)

Hi Linabebii. I know this is late, but if you're still thinking of joining WW, I highly recommend it. Contrary to popular belief, WW isn't only about losing weight; it is more about maintaining a healthy weight, and being healthy overall. This is why you dont see extremely fast weight loss with the program. WW is all about moderation and learning to be healthy. I have seen people who have overcome eating disorders, and join WW to keep their weight up at a healthy level. That's what's so great about it, it teaches the tools needed to be healthy, not just thin.

I hope this helps! Good luck with whatever program you choose!
