Hi, lala! Glad to have a journal buddy.
Yesterday was not a good one, points-wise. But, as a wise member of this board used to say, I must "take the hit and move on." So, here's to a fresh start ... Bfast coffee 0 smoked salmon 2/2 bagel 2/4 1T. cream cheese 1/5 Snack none Lunch leftover enchilada casserole 7/12 Snack diet root beer 0 graham crackers 2/14 Dinner Spicy African Stew 6/20 salad Perrier water - goal = 64 oz. vitamin - yes exercise - 20 min. stationary bike |
Okay, yesterday I did great. Even managed to get into a waffle before bed. :)
breakfast: goat yog, apricots, hi prot/high fiber cereal 5 coffee snack' baked chips 1 lunch with work group (happy happy joy, joy :)) grilled tuna nicoise salad + one piece of bread 13 Estimated water dinner: chicken taco at taco bell (5?), took off cheese and rice -8 snack -- ww bar -2 plane: maybe a g&t? maybe not. NOT. water: si,si vitamin: yup exercise-- 40 min elliptical -4 flex points abused -- at least 9 |
