Smartpoints: how many do I need?
Hello girls! I follow this forum a few years, but occasionally. Now I need some help !!!! I'm desperately trying to find out how many Smartpoints I need a day. I'm writing from Italy the new program thanks to an English friend, but can not figure out how many points can I use daily. There is an online calculator or formula?

If you are a WW member it is probably on the WW website (it is in the US). If you are not a member I don't know how you could gain that info. Even if you could, your points and weekly points will likely change as you lose weight.

Not sure, how much access you have to WW.
In the United States, without, web/app access, standard, is, 30 Sp's per day and 28 flex/per week. But that is only America. A few tips. The higher the sugar and saturated fat, the higher the points. The higher the lean protein, boiled, broiled, roasted, never fried, the better. 0 points, fruit and veg have not changed, with certain exceptions. |
