I had no luck with Atkins other than my lips look better but have not been able to lose the 28 lbs I had previously lost on WW before regaining it. I had some issues with soy, was eating toomuch Kashi, I am hypothyroid. I have been looking into doing this very type of thing , ww/lc. As I don't want more than 1-2 pieces of bread a day, if that, can someone tell me if this would be a reasonable point spread?(I used to do 24-29) Fruits/Veggies 1-2 Added sugars/oils (only want the oils)3-5 Dairy 4-6 pts Grains 2 Protein 14 pts Thanks and good luck Marishka. I have been doing it for 10 days so far. And aside from one day where I had a migraine, I have been doing 30 pts and 25-40 carbs a day. It is doable. I will post a previous menu, so you can see what I do. Keep in touch. WOEisme I like your name.
