I'm planning on joining WW in the next week or two and was wondering how much it'll cost me. Will I have to purchase any materials beside paying for the meeting?

Hi Georgianna! The WW program information is given to you over the course of your first 10 weeks, I believe it is. You get the basics right away, then more information on tools and ideas you can use along the way.

The sign-up and weekly meeting fees vary quite a bit from region to region. Here, it's $20.00 to sign up and $15.00 (CDN Funds) a week (In Southern Ontario).

Of course, there are lots of products you can buy like the complete food guide, restaurant guide, scales, water bottles, measuring cups, day journals, points trackers, etc.....but that's up to you if you'd like to have them.

Georgianna: If you wait until the last week of August there are often sales on memberships and added incentives, so you might want to shop around and ask the staff at the WW centres if there will be an upcoming special on memberships and such...

Wildfire: I think your memberships are cheaper in Southern Ont, then they are in Eastern Ont!

in garland Texas the weekly cost is 12.00 per meeting. if you can afford to shell out 100.00 you get 10 meeting tickets. no matter what the cost keep goingto the meetings
