I signed up for a Kashi survey for the PB GoLean bars. They send you two bars about 3 days later, ask you to eat some (I ate one, but a half one will do), and fill out a survey on it's taste/texture. For doing that, they "... will be rewarding your participation with 3 new flavors of Kashi GoLEAN Bars and a FREE box coupon for any Kashi cereal (redeemable at your local grocery or natural food store). "

I also got a PS in my thank you note: "PS: ...Should you have friends that eat our strawberry Vanilla Yogurt or Honey Vanilla Yogurt bars regularly and have Internet access, have them email me with their name and mailing address along with their email address and we will try to set them up for a future survey. Also be sure to tell them they need to include which of these bar flavors they eat regularly."

I just did it but sent me e-mail to [email protected].
Received an immediate reply that my samples are on the way. She wants you to list your name and mailing address, your e-mail address,and your favorite flavors of Go Lean Bars. This is the note I just received from her

It would be great if you would also email me directly at
[email protected] and let me know which of these 2 bars flavor(s)
you eat regularly. Please be sure to include your full name and
mailing address. Often people have multiple email addresses and we are
not able to track who you are just by a first name and a work email
address.

Then we can set you all up! The bars will be sent out within the next
2 weeks.
