New to WW

I have signed up for WW and will be starting it on Monday.. I definitely feel like it is a little overwhelming when I look at all the point counting. I am kind of excited and scared that I am going to fail but I guess I need to change my mindset.. I've seen a lot of success stories but just as anything.. you get what you put into it.. I'm ready to put everything into it!

Good Luck! Try the Simple Start plan at first. It will be right there on the home page to learn about. There is even a Simple Start app. Just makes it easier to get your feet wet on Weight Watchers plus you get good results! No matter which way you decide to go, the secret to weight watchers is planning in advance. Once you plan what you will eat and stick to it, everything is easy peasy.
