January 10: 245.2, -.6lbs
January 17: 244.8, -.4lbs
January 24: 242.6, -2.2lbs
January 31: 241.4, -1.2lbs
Month total: -6lbs
Goal: To be back where I left off over the summer, around 241. I would LOVE to see the 230's!
