Chicken would have been...

I just ate a chocolate donut from Dunkins. It was 11 points, and I ate it in like 7 seconds. An 8 ounce of piece of chicken would have took longer and filled me up better and would've been less points. Next time!

We have all done that before. At least it was only one donut. The key is to not beat yourself up about it or to have a set back. Move on, learn and do better next time!

Log it and move on.;)

Next time you want a donut, think about what your post.

Those new foil tuna packets are also a great alternative choice!

Don't stress too much about it. Stressing will only make you seek out another unhealthy treat. Move on and do better next time. You can do it!

There is definitely a difference between those two foods. Remember, this is a liftestyle change and you do not need to deprive yourself. As another poster stated, log it and move on.

Sometimes you just need a donut. Like for me yesterday, I got homemade corned beef hash and eggs instead of fruit and oatmeal or something. Cause, damnit, I have been looking for homemade corned beef and hash for awhile now. But I don't have to have it everyday, and I don't have to give in to ever food temptation I have. A lot of it is about choosing foods that are worth eating. And certain high calorie foods are very worth eating to me.
