Does anyone out there have a recipe for gaspacho. It's a cold soup that, I think, cucumbers and tomatoes and other veggies.I had it in a Spanish restaurant and it was delicious!! Thanks in advance.

i would google for gazpacho. There are a hundred variations of the theme -- peppers, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, vinegar, oil (yes oil), bread crumbs, salt, pepper.

I have had some white gazpacho that was pretty great.

Remember that scene in Pedro Almadovar's Women on the Edge of a Nervous Breakdown with the gazpacho and tranquilzers? Most amusing.

Hey, I think I'll make some gazpacho and rent that movie.
