I weighed in this morning and was down to 179 so that's 1 lb. I couldn't believe it!! Thanks for the encouragement to climb on the scales!!

I have just started to level out my points for the first few days I have been going over!!!! :rolleyes: but Today I was right at 27, and yesturday was able to bank a few. Not to mention this morning I did 30 mins of Billy Blanks Taebo!!

Ladies..congrats to getting back on track! I know that for most of us weekends are BAD...so if anyone has some extra self-control laying around could I borrow it. I went and bought a bikini wed. and saw one that I liked but didnt have the cash for so I went back to get it yesterday. I got it....and two others......but I figured that it was a completely justified purpose...I wanted them. Besides I hadnt rewarded myself for my loses this summer so I might as well just do one big reward. 2 more work days and I'm off to the beach! Then when I get back I just have 9 more days left!!!! I am sooo glad. Have a wonderful weekend everyone. I will check in throughtout the day to see how everyone is!

I have one I got when I was at goal- I haven't worn it since my honeymoon which was 1 yr and 9 months ago. There is no way my chest would fit into it now! I am still taking a little break from tracking...I just can't seem to commit to getting back at it! I am feeling pretty good about life though! ((Sorry, no extra will power to lend out here!)) |
the planning has helped I am over some days and either banking or breaking even other it all works out in the end. I don't weigh in till sunday so I will see what the scales says about it.
My daughter turns one on July 18th having party on July 19th also have company picnic at the zoo. you know brats burger ice cream all kinds of good stuff. so In other word I am going to need all the will power I have sorry. ;) |
Hello everyone! I had a wonderful time in California. I got back last Monday. WI was Wed. I was nervous. Gained .4
I can live with that! My sister and I walked every morning which probably helped. Did not drink the water like I should, even though it was 116 degrees every day. It was hard to drink when I was on the go all the time. My goal for Labor Day will be to lose 10lbs. My Goal at WW is 125 lbs. I am at 140.4 right now. That will get me to 5.4 lbs of my goal weight. Goals: drink, drink, drink! continue to walk everyday continue to do my tape 3 x's per week STAY OP!!!! Let's all stick together! The encouragement/support helps! |
Hello ladies! Its monday:( Not the best day of the week for me..for some reason it always seems like a bad way to start the week:p Saturday was WI and I had lost .6#. Spent 6 hours at the pool on saturday watching some girls from church and fried. As crazy as this sounds I heard that putting MIlk of Magnesia on a burn will make it not hurt so much. Amazingly...it pulled the heat out of it:cool: I've been slathering on vitamin E gel also, so I am almost healed completely! I leave Wed morning to head to the beach til the 28th. I cant wait.
Saskie- Hows the struggle with journaling coming? As for the bikinis.....ones pink and just a regular string bikini. The rest are all basically the same..the tops are all halters and the bottoms all sit very low and tie. They all have some sort of pink in them! Its becoming my signature color. Judmom- I find that changing my points everyday work very well. And whether I mean to or not I always have one day that my points are on up there in the 30s. :o We eat out both meals on Sundays...and its hard to say no to my faves when its the day after I WI. DeeDee- Glad your trip was fun and glad your back. Only a .4# gain.....I'm impressed!!!! Hope that I can do as well while I am away! Well I should get to work. Have a wonderful day ladies!:lol: |

DeeDee-Welcome back, that is great that you didn't really gain! You must be tiny already, are you quite short? I would love to be 140!!! Ailee- Have you always been a bikini girl? I wore mine the other day- under trunks and a tank top, and only to the kiddy pool. My other suit was in the laundry. :) Maybe in 15 more lbs I will wear it again! Today is the day, I have been planning to get back at it for awhile and today is go time! I walked 75 minutes, did 100 abs, and am journalling. I think I will use the free e-tools to help me out! Hi guys!! Thursday is WI for me . But on Sunday I put on a size 14 dress and it actually fit and was even loose!!! I couldn't believe it. My walking buddy is in Jamaica but I'm still trying to keep at it. I did do some better over the weekend. I didn't over indulge too much. Congrats to all those that lost at WI!!!

Hi all! I had WI last night, and luckily stayed exactly the same. Next week there will be a loss!!
Today will be hard, I have to go to the city for the day and be with my Dad while my Mom undergoes surgery. I will get lots of walking in, though, and lots of water. I will stick to healthy foods! Have a great day! |
