Benefiber or other fiber supplements...
 

Does anyone on weight watchers use benefiber or another fiber supplement? I did while calorie counting, but was just wondering if anyone else on weight watchers had consider it.

I do. I use Fiber Choice tablets. Two tablets with a big glass of water twice a day. Helps digestion and tends to keep the hungries at bay most of the time.

Never heard of the fiber choice tablets. Where would you purchase these? I'm going to look up nutrition for it now.

Do you count it as 1 point? I wish I could find on that would be no points...

Yes. I do. I think the pills are no points. Not sure though.

I get the fiber choice tablets at the drug store.
