breakfast: rhubarb strawberry compote 1 (1 F) non fat yoghurt 2 (1 M) coffee cheerios 2/5 lunch: sauteed porcini/morels 1 artichoke ravioli 3 steamed asparagus 0 (1V)/9 snack: latte nf 2 (1M) part of a chocolate chip cookie 3 /14 dinner: left over grilled pork tenderloin 3/17 artichoke from the garden 0 (1V) ravioli w/morels and cheese 5/22 snack: carrots and baba ganoush 1/23 dessert: sharing sorbet with dog :) 2/25 exercise: 35 min elliptical at gym -3 compost moving (none) water: si,si |
