9/16: 206.2
9/23: 200.6 (-5.6)
9/30: 199.5(-1.1)

September loss: 6.7
Total WW loss: Originally 75 pounds - 36.5 to go

sept goal was to get out of the 180's
I've been stuck for 7 months at 189-191
but the last day of Sept I'm at 183.6!!!
I'm not out of the 180's but I'm a lot closer!!!!

I started at 238 too!!!! Great job this month!!!!

Looks like we have similar goals. I'm just starting with my lifetime goal and readjust from there. Made it there once, would like to think I could again.
