I am going to do this as well. I am stuck beyond words and I need something to get my weight moving down again. I feel that I have been so good all week long....at or 1 below my daily points, exercised 4 days so far this week, etc....but I am still about a pound heavier than I was last week. I can't get the scale moving down and when it actually does, it goes right back up the next week. It's SO frustrating because I used to be in the 170's and I've managed to put on about 15 pounds that will not budge since Christmas. Hopefully summer being here will get me jumping again!

I'm going to list both my WW weight on Saturdays, but also my home scale weight since that is what I will be posting throughout the rest of the week.

Another month that I didn't do so well. I have been sick this last week and didn't weigh-in and Memorial Day weekend was tough with all the food that was brought into the store. I have a vacation in June so fingers are crossed that I can enjoy my time without gaining a ton of weight. *fingers crossed!*


Ending May weight: 243.0

Goal for end of June is to lose 5 lbs! :yes:

Just got back from my honeymoon and it's time to get back to business. I started my food log today and will start point tracking tomorrow which was a huge part of my success in losing 10lbs the last time I was around.

After my horrible choices month of May, I weighed in this morning at 281.4 lbs (after 2 weeks of not weighing and up 2.8 lbs). So I made it through May 0.2 lbs down. I'm still going to be weighing daily because I feel I do better, but I'm not going to post it.

June start: 281.4
June goal: -5

6/7: 279.6 (-1.8 lbs)
6/14: 277.4 (-2.2 lbs)
6/21: 275.4 (-2.0 lbs)
6/28: 273.6 (-1.8 lbs)

June loss: 7.8 lbs.
