Hellloooo out there....
breakfast: yoghurt/rhubarb strawberry compote 4 cheerios 2 snack: banana 2 lunch (at airport) salad with caesar;s dressing, forked 8 on plane: coffee 1 at faboo hotel restaurant blackened mahi mahi 4 1/2 cup rice 3 steamed broccoli beer 2 not bad heh? then dessert shared with two other people cookie w/ice cream 5 exercise: 25 elliptical, 30 mins abs/shoulders/back water: not enough |
