How often do your PPs drop?

I hope it's okay to ask this here. When I started I had 31 PPs, then dropped to 30 when I got below 210 lbs. Then I dropped to 29 when I got close to 200 lbs. Then when I entered my weight last week (196.4 as the official weigh-in weight), it dropped again to 28. I thought I'd have 10 lbs to adjust to a lower PP value, but I guess not, it was more like 5 lbs! (I know I can adjust it up if I want, but I'm not concerned about it, just curious).

I know the lowest it will go is 26, but when did you all (who are at 26) reach that point?

Thanks!

Hmm...I'm 5'5" and at 32pp and weigh 205 currently.

I started at 34pp and weighed 227.

I'm devastated when I lose points. Not looking forward to 26. HA!

I'm at 26 right now and weigh 154 at 5"6'. You definitely get use to more points but you adjust and seeing the scale go down keeps me motivated even with 26 points. Just remember that when you reach goal and maintain you get around 8 more a day.

It's all worth it!

I played around on my wws points plus calculator to figure out when I points would drop so I had no surprises. If you let me know your age I can figure out when your points will drop again. The younger you are the more points you get.

I started at 28 but dropped to 27 the very next week and to 26 a few weeks after. I *think* I was 184 or 182 at 5'2 when I went to 26. I started at 193.

Dixiemom, that's okay. I could do that too but I'm lazy! I guess height makes a difference too (which should have been obvious since it's a part of the calculation). No biggie, at least I know I can ONLY lose two more PPs total.

I was at 26PP when I weighed 170, I am 5' even and at the time I was 25-26.

I started at
35 points and I weighed 223
Next week I had 34 I was at 218
Next 34 and 217
Next 33 and 215
Now 33 and 213

I haven't played around with when, etc. it will be a surprise ;)!

Even though we're only 1 point difference, it's interesting to see the difference. You're much taller, but weigh less and you have an extra point. I'm SHORT and I weigh a about 7 lbs more and I have 32 points.

When I started, I weighed 220.6 and got 35.

Then lost 5.8 my first week and was reduced to 33! Huh?

I'm 8 weeks in and down 19 lbs and am now at 31.

I think I will steal the idea to play around with the points calculator to see when I will lose another one.

At 5'4" I was at 26 PP when I was your weight. However, I suspect I am much older than you (I'm late 50s).

I'm 38, so I guess that makes sense. Darn, it sucks getting old! Stupid slowing metabolism. :dizzy:
