    breakfast: cheerios 3

    snack:
    a cookie at trader joes 1 6/6

    snack/mindless eating
    corn chips (TJ's find) and some bean dip 2+1 3 3/9

    after lawn mowing reward- smoothie

    1/2 banana/some mango/1/2 c nf milk 3 3/12

    at work, its beautiful out grr lunch
    subway 6
    cheeps 2 8/20

    dinner:
    2 c. argula (0), toasted hazelnuts (1), ricotta salata (3) and
    1 cup fettucine and some oil (2) 6/26

    yummm.

    workout: lawnmowing, dog putter, gym 45 min bike ride, some weights
