Terrapin usually my day is heavier towards protein and real foods but we are low on groceries so I was scrounging to put together a lunch today (hence the pudding and the protein bar I generally would only have one of those in a day). We seriously had just fruits and salad veggies and cheese left in the fridge - I took the last of the chicken from supper and it wasn't enough to combine with the leftover broiled potato/sweet potato/carrots from last night and make a real meal for lunch today.
Sunday's menu was way way off from my norm I rarely eat at fast food places but since we did and the girls had been great for a long walk and lots of errands we all had a treat together (and it was good and worth every single point). So really the last two menus aren't a great representation of normal menus for me but they are close enough. I have lots on my list to pick up after school today :) |
Since it's super hard to really calculate AP since you have to factor in your baseline, I would probably not eat any AP and only eat WP. Or if you want to make sure you're correctly calculating your AP, get the Activelink and let it take away all the guesswork! :)

Does anyone here have the active link? I saw some reviews of it that it doesn't always accurately report AP to WW - and I wasn't hugely thrilled to have to pay a monthly fee to use it, I like to buy things and be done. Plus I already own the fitbit.
I think I will go with eating all my WP and leaving my AP for now - do you all think I should be eating all of my WPs? |
I would start by eating all you WPs and then if you are not happy with your losses cut back from there. I find I lose better when I eat all my wps in one day verses spreading them out over the week.

Thank you guys for all of the advice.
I will give eating the WP a try and see what that does. I know I've lost weight it just isn't showing I feel thinner if that makes sense so I'll keep working WW and hope for a good loss in the next few weeks. I am sure part of it is my body adjusting to all of the new stuff, I wasn't sedentary before but I definitely wasn't this active. |
Could be your body is just shifting and settling in! I have not lost much, but I can for sure tell!!!
